High-end residence looking for skilled worker on one of the follow fields

AC

Painting

Pools

Electrical

Looking for a worker not a manager

A working knowledge of at least two areas 

To be part of a team  

Ability to follow direction

Be a self-starter

Must be clean in work ethics and very methodical.

Given a work list and left to finish

Knowledge of their limitations.

Very friendly atmosphere.

The ability to see all areas and not walk by something wrong

I have a long job list and need a person that can do many different jobs from basic electrical, painting, some pool knowledge, and or AC
